INFORMATION CLAUSE FOR WORK CANDIDATES

Pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection ) (hereinafter: GDPR), we provide the following information:

1. Personal Data Administrator

The administrator of your personal data is MAS Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Mikołów at ul. Rybnicka 42.

2. Data Protection Officer

The personal data administrator has appointed an employee supervising the correctness of personal data processing, who can be contacted via the e-mail address: rodo@mas.pl

3. For what purpose and on what basis we process your personal data

Personal data to the extent specified in art. 22 of the Labor Code will be processed for the purpose of:

a. implementation of the recruitment process (legal basis: 22 of the Labor Code in connection with Article 6 (1) (c) of the Regulation of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection – hereinafter the “Regulation”) as part of the legal obligation incumbent on the data controller.

b. if you give your voluntary consent to it contained in the application form, your personal data will also be processed: in order to conduct future recruitments (legal basis: 22 of the Labor Code in connection with Article 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation ). Your personal data will be stored for a period of 3 months from the date of completing this questionnaire.

4. Is it an obligation to provide your personal data and what are the consequences of not providing them

Providing your personal data by you is a legal requirement which is a condition for participation in the recruitment process for open positions, including managerial positions. Providing personal data that does not result from the provisions is voluntary and does not affect the possibility of participating in recruitment (it will not be the basis for unfavorable treatment of the candidate and will not constitute a reason justifying the refusal of employment).

5. Who can we transfer your personal data to.

Your data will not be made available to any entities, except for entities authorized under the law. Access to your data will be granted to persons authorized by the Administrator to process them as part of their official duties (HR department employees and managerial staff deciding on employment).

6. What are your rights related to the processing of personal data

In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the right to request the Administrator to access your data, rectify it, delete it, limit processing, and transfer data. Your rights may be limited in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.

7. Where you can file a complaint against the processing of your data

When you decide that the processing of your data violates the provisions on the protection of personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint against their processing to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, based in Warsaw at ul. Rates 2.

8. Is it possible to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data

Where you have consented to the processing of personal data, you have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of your data until it is withdrawn.

9. Will your data be subject to automated decision making

Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner. They will also not be profiled.

10. Voluntary consent

I voluntarily consent to:

  • Processing of my personal data contained in this recruitment questionnaire in order to carry out the recruitment process.
  • Processing of my personal data also for the purposes of future recruitment processes taking place within three months from the date of completing this questionnaire
